Solvent Yellow 21 wood paint dyes are made from 2-amino-4-nitrophenol and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. The former is first diazotized, then coupled with the latter, and then complexed with chromium complexing agent to obtain the product.
How to use
